To calculate the number of rolls required, measure the width and height of each wall you intend to cover. We recommend using our online roll calculator found on each product page, which accounts for standard pattern repeats and potential waste.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. This allows you to see the exact color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting before placing a full order. Samples are typically shipped via standard post.
What is the difference between 'Paste the Wall' and 'Paste the Paper'?
'Paste the Wall' products use a special non-woven backing that does not expand, allowing you to apply adhesive directly to the wall. 'Paste the Paper' requires applying the adhesive to the back of the wallpaper and allowing it to soak before hanging.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your wallpaper sooner for a weekend project.
What is your return policy for unused rolls?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged rolls within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the rolls are still in their original shrink-wrap and that the batch numbers match.
Are your wallpapers suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
While many of our wallpapers can be used in these rooms, we recommend choosing our 'Vinyl' or 'Scrubbable' ranges for high-humidity areas to ensure durability and resistance to moisture.
